Meet the founder
Delvon Cowans
Delvon Cowans has spent about 25 years helping organizations get the most from their HCM, payroll and ERP systems. He has led more than 150 full-cycle implementations across many industries and holds certifications across several leading platforms, including UKG and Sage.
Since founding Cowans HRIS and Payroll Solutions in 2012, Delvon has worked with clients across the United States, Canada and the Bahamas, and has contributed to global projects. His work covers implementations, project management and post-go-live optimization, so clients get a system that keeps working for them after launch.
He is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional and holds an MBA and a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Mobile.
